Arabian Horse Owner's Foundation + We LOVE Arabian Horses = Beneficial Partnership for Growth
• We're very pleased to announce the possible future return of the Arabian Horse Owners Foundation, a very helpful and beneficial organization that was founded by Bazy Tankersley to create productive growth for Arabian horse lovers.
• Working with Howard Shenk for over a year prior to his untimely death, Howard passed the assets of the AHOF to We LOVE Arabian Horses via Paul Kostial, to return the Arabian Horse Owners Foundation to its original purpose and goals, with the important added benefit of an attached multi-tiered marketing structure via We LOVE Arabian Horses.
• The new AHOF (not-for-profit) will launch this year, with several key projects already under discussion, including the return of Bazy’s Think Tanks. The new AHOF will house We LOVE Arabian Horses as its own internal marketing and outreach community. WLAH will also serve the marketing goals of AHOF and its projects, along with the much broader outreach platforms of the We LOVE Arabian Horses community. – It's a win-win partnership for the entire community.
• We will appoint the first chairperson of AHOF, with the Board & Trustees to be chosen over the coming year. This will include a variety of well-respected individuals and leaders spanning many aspects the Arabian horse community, along with others similarly aligned with our community vision and growth goals for Arabian horses, locally to globally.
• Cindy McGown will serve as the initial Chairperson of AHOF, with the Board & Trustees to be selected in the coming months. This will include other leaders like Bob Fauls of the Purebred Arabian Trust, along with others similarly aligned with our community vision and growth goals for Arabian horses, spanning locally to globally.
• We are pleased to carry forward the legacy of projects initiated by Bazy Tankersley, and led by Howard Shenk for 30+ years. To get started, Paul Kostial will serve as AHOF’s Interim Managing Director, while he will also continue his role as Executive Director of WLAH.
